DAY 3

















PINEAPPLE PASSION SMOOTHIE

1 cup pineapple
1 cup light coconut milk or
coconut water (available
in supermarkets)
3 cups baby spinach

1.  Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Add water as necessary to adjust the consistency.

Enjoy at once or store in the refrigerator for up to three days.

DAY 2

GREEN GOODNESS SMOOTHIE

1 banana
1 cup honeydew melon
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup cold water

1. Cut up honeydew melon in cubes.
2. Put in a blender with the banana.
3. Add the lime juice, then the spinach and water.
4. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy at once or store in the refrigerator for up to three days.

PEACH POWER SMOOTHIE

2 cups frozen peaches
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup green grapes
1 cup water

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
